Q. - What's an E-Book?
A. - E-Book is short for Electronic Book. It is a book that is delivered in electronic form, usually to your computer.

Q. - I don't have a credit card. Is there another way to pay for the book?
A. - Yes, you can pay by PayPal or by personal check if you are a U.S. or Canadian resident. To do that, simply go to the regular credit card order form. Below the credit card field there is a link for check processing.

Q. - I am not sure whether the book is right for me?
A. - No problem, just check it out. If you don't like it, simply ask for a refund. You have nothing to lose!

Q. - My PayPal Transaction Failed. Why did PayPal Take My Money?
A. - When you choose PayPal as your payment option on e-library.us, you are transferred from the e-library.us billing page to the PayPal.com site in order to make the payment. At the end of your session with PayPal.com, you must click the "Continue" button in order to return to e-library.us and complete your order.
Your order may have failed to complete because you did not press the "Continue" button at the end of your session with PayPal. Please be sure to follow all instructions each time you use PayPal on our website, or this same failure will occur.
If you send your PayPal email receipt for the order to us, we can complete the transaction on your behalf and drop your purchase. If for some reason we are unable to complete the transaction, we will issue a refund directly to your PayPal account.

Q. - Who handles the billing?
A. - The billing is handled through an independent company called ClickBank, the industry standard for secure credit card processing.

Q . - How does the book get delivered to me?
A. - After you complete the credit card processing, you will be taken automatically to a download page. Just save the book to your computer and open it from there or print it.

Q. - Can I print the book?
A. - Yes. The book comes in a printer-friendly format. I would recommend printing it. Tip: you can speed up the printing process and save ink by setting your print settings to low quality. It works perfectly!

Q. - Is my personal data secure?
A. - Your billing information is submitted directly to ClickBank through a secure connection. E-library.us will have a record of your name and email address. No one will have access to any other personal information.
